I’m loving all of this teeth love. My teeth are one of my biggest insecurities. Probably because I’m so obsessive compulsive over them.

I have a really insane routine and you’re all gonna think I am bat-shit crazy. But okay. Here’s what I do.

1. Use a whitening rinse.

2. Floss.

3. You know those little pine-tree looking brushes? The ones the orthodontist gave you when you had braces? Yes. I use a bit of whitening toothpaste and I brush the space between each tooth. That’s probably the weirdest part.

4. I use some whitening toothpaste on my SoniCare toothbrush. It has a 2-minute timer on it. Yeah, I am one of maybe 10 people in America that actually brushes my teeth for 2 minutes.

5. I use a regular mouthwash after all of that.

My routine takes like, 10 minutes. Judge me.
